  • This massage incorporates a variety of techniques to promote relaxation, relieve muscle tension, and increase circulation. Techniques include long gliding strokes, kneading, friction, and tapping. We may also include Thai and Shiatsu techniques such as light stretching, passive movement, compression, and point work along the meridians. Pressure can vary from light to medium to firm depending on your preferences and goals.

  • A deeper therapeutic massage that helps relieve chronic pain and persistent muscle tension. We utilize myofascial release, cross fiber friction, and trigger point therapy in addition to the above mentioned Swedish massage techniques. This type of massage is more focused and can be more intense than a Swedish massage.

  • This massage aims to improve exercise performance and/or focus on recovery from sports injuries. We use deep tissue and orthopedic massage techniques coupled with hydrotherapy (application of heat and cold) and stretching to help you recover quickly and perform your best. You will experience increased flexiblity, greater endurance, and reduced muscle pain.

  • A relaxing and calming massage that relieves aches and pains associated with pregnancy, improves sleep, strengthens the immune system, and reduces stress and anxiety. During the massage, Mom can lie on her side, cushioned with lots of pillows, and/or she can lay on her belly on our new pregnancy massage table. Research has shown that women who receive pregnancy massage have fewer complications during labor and their infants have fewer postnatal complications. Click here for information on pregnancy massage.

  • Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, LDT can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness.

  • Geriatric massage is a form of massage designed to meet the specific needs of the elderly. It helps to improve blood circulation, relieve pain, and also increase range of motion. If you are elderly, geriatric massage can help you maintain and improve your overall health, as well as regain certain physical functions that have been reduced due to aging. In addition, since the elderly don't typically receive enough physical touch, this massage can also help alleviate symptoms of loneliness or depression.

This treatment will bring you back to your body and make you forget about everything else!

We then apply a hydrating sheet mask while massaging your head, neck, shoulders, hands, and feet. We finish with toner, vitamin C serum, a hydrating moisturizer and a luxurioius facial massage. You will leave feeling refreshed and you will have a healthy, radiant glow.

  • ART is a hands on approach to return soft tissue (muscles, nerves, tendons, ligaments, nerves) to normal tension.  The practitioner applies a lengthening tension to the tight tissue at the same time the client stretches the area.

  • The therapist applies cups to tight muscles or fascia with a gentle suction.  Cups are left in place for a few minutes or the therapist may glide the cups over the tight area.  This treatment increases circulation, helps tissue return to normal tensions and should not be painful nor leave discoloration.

  • Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension when lying on a table isn’t suitable, such as with the need to stay upright due to vertigo. There is no need to disrobe, as with a traditional massage, and we can bring this specialized ergonomic chair to your workplace, making it perfect for Employee Appreciation Day.  Chair massage sessions are usually shorter (because 30 minutes is enough time to spend in that position) than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.  There is a travel and set up fee associated with on-site chair massage.

  • CBD oil is a powerful nutrient that works with your body's endocannabinoid system to promote pain modulation, anti-inflammatory response, and more. In this add-on service you get approximately 7 mg of CBD applied directly to your skin during your massage in addition to the appication of SOL CBD Balm on any specific areas of your body that my have pain and inflammation. • Add the use of hot packs, ice packs, and/or ice massage to any office session at no additional charge. Hot packs have a deeply pentetrating, moist heat that soothes and softens tight and painful areas. Ice packs and ice massage are great for reducing pain and inflammation. And, when combined with the use of heat, cold therapy creates a vascular flush that increases circulation and promotes healing. Typically heat is applied before massage, and cold therapy is applied after massage.
