Lori Loucakis, LMT

Lori studied at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in Boulder, CO, which was regarded as one of the best massage schools in the world. She graduated in 2002. Lori loves being a massage therapist. Over the course of her career, she has helped relieve stress, tension and pain for thousands of individuals. Her specialties are Prenatal massage, Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone massage. She is certified as a Nurturing the Mother® Pregnancy Massage Therapist by Claire Marie Miller Seminars, one of the nation's leaders in pregnancy massage education. She was also voted "Best Massage Therapist in the Flathead" in 2012, 2013, and 2014. And, she is currently working towards a certification in Neural Reset Therapy. Lori also loves CrossFit and is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer at Bigfork Community CrossFit. Her goal is to bring the many benefits of massage therapy to the Flathead community. She believes that it is imperative that we nurture ourselves, our families, friends and neighbors in order to strengthen our communities and make the world a better place.
Frank Harper, LMT

Frank is passionate about therapeutic care. He chose to become a massage therapist because he knew that it was a field that would allow him to connect with people and make a difference in their lives. Frank has been practicing massage therapy professionally since 2009, attending massage school at Bakersfield Bodywork and Massage in 2008 and continued advanced training at Natural Holistic Institute for the Neuromuscular in 2011. Frank believes that therapeutic massage is a vital form of bodywork that supports healing for optimal body performance and overall wellness and relaxation. Frank specializes in several modalities including Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Stretching, Trigger Point Therapy, and Neural Reset Therapy. When Frank is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his Frenchie named Freya. He also enjoys hiking, doing DIY projects at home, and he loves movies, music, and cooking.
Jennifer Boehm, LMT

Jennifer is a graduate of the Massage Training Institute in Kalispell and a lifelong student of natural healing. Her interest in alternative medicine started in her teen years and continues to present day. She has a certification in Neuromuscular Therapy and is working toward completing a certification in Neural Reset Therapy. Jennifer is a very analytical person and is great at doing treatment work for injuries and chronic pain. Also, she is skilled at giving very deep massage for people who like deep, deep work. That being said, she gives a great relaxation massage too. Jennifer lives in Bigfork with her three children.
Penny R. Capps, LMT, Personal Trainer
Penny studied at the Potomac Massage Training Institute in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and has been practicing massage therapy since 1995. She is board certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB #035031-00) and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Penny is a certified Sports Massage Therapist and was vetted into the US Olympic Committee’s Volunteer Medical Program and USA Weightlifting Sports Medical Team. She is also the massage therapist for our Flathead Roller Derby Team, the Big Mountain Misfits! However, her clientele is not limited to athletes. She is a member of the Daybreak Geriatric Massage Institute and enjoys working with seniors. Penny is also certified in Lymphatic Drainage Therapy. These techniques give her a large toolbox for addressing soft tissue injuries from headaches to arthritis. Penny is also a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. This background helps her understand clients’ sports injuries, as well as recommend exercises to address musculoskeletal issues that clients present during sessions.
Her Masters in Engineering (she worked for the Army) fuels her interest in the science behind wellness.
Heidi Farra, LMT
Heidi was born and raised in Montana, providing her with a love of the outdoors and all the activities that go along with them. She graduated from Health Works Institute in Bozeman Montana in 2005. She studied Swedish Massage, Deep tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release and is Reiki certified. She went on to get her cupping certification in 2021. With a combined knowledge of Eastern and Western techniques she can help customize your treatment to meet your health or healing goals. From everyday aches and pains, mind and body relaxation or treatment of injuries she can help cultivate client health and wellness. Heidi has been a member of American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) since 2009.
Jill Hedeen, LMT

Jill graduated from the Ashmead College of Massage in 2005 with 900 hours. She is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and has served on the boards for the Washington and Montana AMTA chapters. In Washington, Jill was the Chairman for Massage Emergency Response Team, a team of massage therapists that massaged first responders during deployment to disaster areas. In Montana, she served as the President and as the Government Relations Chairman.
Jill has certifications in Reiki 2 and aromatherapy, and she continues to be intrigued with Kinesiology. The mechanics and movement of our bodies is an important part of our health and well-being, and Jill views massage as a way to keep our bodies mechanics working in an healthy manner.
Prior to becoming a massage therapist, Jill worked at Boeing for 21 years. Although working at the largest factory in the world as an engineer tech was a good career, Jill's heart was in Montana. She began looking for a new career that could take her anywhere and she chose massage therapy. In July 2011, Jill and her family moved to the Flathead valley. Jill loves the outdoors and on her days off, you will find her spending time with her family sailing, hiking, and sitting around the campfire.
Lynn Holton, LMT
Lynn is a graduate from the Massage Training Institute in Kalispell in 2024. She received her certification in Neuromuscular Therapy with future goals of certification in cupping and lymphatic drainage. She is a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. Lynn’s first interest in helping people was with the sports medicine program in college. During her four years she enjoyed assisting student athletes with their strength training, injury prevention and rehabilitation. After helping people in other ways working 15 years for the USDA, Lynn’s interest in bodywork has come full circle. Lynn is thrilled being back in the capacity of helping people improve their health and well-being.
Julie Johnson, LMT
Julie works at Flathead Massage Professionals seasonally in the Summer. She is a 2020 graduate of the Massage Training Institute in Kalispell, where she received her certification in Neuromuscular Therapy. She is a member of ABMP (Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals). As a musician, she was attracted to massage and body work for the relaxation aspect and benefits that massage provided for her playing and overall wellbeing. Now a therapist herself, she is excited to share those benefits with her clients. Julie lives in Missoula and is still an active musician. She works part time for a national non-profit music organization, loves to spend summers on Echo Lake and enjoys spending time with new and old friends.
